| We met the Vitellos on our honeymoon six and a half long years ago, and have kept in touch mostly through Lenny's frequent trips to San Francisco for training (he's in I.T.). After years of talking about it, we were finally able to go visit them in their home state. The Vitellos graciously invited us to stay in their new home on Pine Island, giving us the run of the downstairs apartment in their brand new stilt-style home, (stilt homes are common here in western coastal Florida). They were wonderful hosts, and it was great to get to see them again, and to finally meet the spirited Isabella (just turned 3) and adorable Abigail (5 mos). Not only did we enjoy getting to play "potatoes" (Mr. Potato Head), play-dough, watch Mary Poppins, and go to the park, but we also got to enjoy waterfront & home-cooked dinners, and finishing a few bottles of wine with L & T during adult time. Thanks a bunch to yet another wonderful host and hostess! |
